The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed proposals to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .  Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, etc. can be downloaded at the above site. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to check the site for the issuance of any addenda.

Proposals must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than May 1, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time. Bids will be publicly opened via videoconference immediately thereafter. Attendance of the acknowledgment is available by online video conference.

Award is scheduled for the July 1, 2025, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time.
