Summary

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide investment management services for the City of Norfolk. These services will include, but will not be limited to, the investment of excess funds identified by the City, such as surplus operating funds and reserve funds. The primary objectives for the investment activities in order of priority, are safety, liquidity and yield.
