NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) XR550 alarm panels and installation at 17 Navy Reserve Centers (NRCs) and continuous monitoring (while armed), testing, maintenance, and repair services for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems across 22 NRCs within the Navy Region Southeast (NRSE) Area of Responsibility. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted with a brand name J&A for the DMP XR550 alarm panels using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures. The Government anticipates award of a single firm-fixed-price service type contract.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 and the Small Business size standard is $25M.

The RFQ will be available on or about 25 August 2025, via the Government’s Point of Entry at https://www.sam.gov (SAM). The closing date for receipt of quotes will be set forth in the RFQ. The RFQ will include instructions for preparations of price quotes, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use SAM to download the solicitation, amendments, and any attachments. Quoters are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates.

No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. Registration in SAM is mandatory. Only email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with the NAVSUP FLC Jacksonville or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation, and award process.
