Blue Springs Parks and Recreation are requesting proposals from qualified Martial Arts organizations to provide professional services for an intro to Martial Arts course that will be held at the Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex this fall in support for our youth recreational programs. The intent of this RFP is to establish a contract with an organization who can deliver high-quality, inclusive, and community-focused programming that supports the mission and goals of the Carson Ross Community Recreation Complex Parks and Recreation Department.

All proposals must be received by Wednesday, July 23 ^rd at 1pm.
