Interstate Transportation of Prisoners for Mercer County Prosecutor's Office

The Contractor is responsible for providing transportation to and/or from any location in the Continental United States as specified by the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office. Contractor will provide necessary transportation, whether by vehicle or air or any other method (commercial or private) for Mercer County fugitives (prisoners) to any location specified by the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.
