Summary

The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is seeking the services of a consultant to provide technical support for the Interstate 5 (I‑5) corridor. Support will include data collection and analysis, microsimulation model development and updates, scenario testing, and related technical services. The I‑5 corridor to be modeled extends from the Los Angeles County line to the Irvine area (Jeffrey Road); the model should be morning peak in the Southbound direction and evening peak in the Northbound direction.
