Invitation For Bids-Construction

This solicitation is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a contractor to provide intersection improvements to the intersection of Winchester Blvd. and South River Road in Sarasota County, Florida.

The County anticipates awarding a Construction Contract to run the duration of the project.

Background

The project consists of widening Winchester Blvd. from a two-lane roadway to a divided two-lane roadway over approximately 1400 LF, with the terminus located at the intersection of South River Road and Winchester Blvd. The work includes milling and resurfacing, roadway widening, installation of curb and gutter, sidewalks, sodding, drainage system modifications, lighting and signing and pavement marking improvements.
