Intersection Improvements

Submissions marked "COR25-00170 – Lewvan and Dewdney Intersection Improvements" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday May 26, 2026.

The City is procuring construction services to rehabilitate and upgrade the Lewvan Drive and Dewdney Avenue intersection, including roadway and traffic signal improvements. This project will address safety concerns, congestion, and operational inefficiencies at a high-volume intersection. The improvements will increase turning capacity, better accommodate future growth, reduce traffic delays and upstream queue.

The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to:

• Pavement rehabilitation and road failure repairs
• Localized repair and reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and landscaping
• Repair and reconstruction of underground services
• Landscaping
• Traffic signals – includes daylighting utilities, infrastructure removals, installation of traffic signal poles, etc.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams on Monday, May 11, 2026, 11:00 AM CST (SK) for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Friday, May 8, 2026, 03:00 PM CST (SK).
