INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS with DUMP, PLOW AND SPREADER

It is the intent of the County of Rockland Highway Department to procure four International trucks. Two will be international HV507 SFA with Dump Body’s and the other two will be HV507 SFA with Plow and Spreaders both to be mounted on an International Chassis as per specifications. In recognition of the specialized nature of the chassis components and in the interest of insuring the safety of the operators, affixing responsibilities, minimizing downtime, maximizing productivity, and insuring proper service, warranty, and factory support beyond the point of sale, bids will be accepted only from truck chassis dealers who are factory authorized to sell, and have ability to have vehicle serviced for warranty support in a geographic area
