    Annual membership which allows the Minnesota Department of Public Safety's. Drive and Vehicle Services Division to participate as a voting member jurisdiction, along with the other 49 contiguous United States of America, District of Columbia, a province or territory of Canada, and a state of the United Mexican States to act cooperatively and provide mutual assistance in the administration and collection of motor vehicle fuels and use taxes.
