24-3867 Internal Cleaning & Restriping of City Parking Garages

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the interior cleaning and pressure washing of multiple city-owned parking garages. Interior cleaning and pressure washing will take place in the Richardson Street Parking Garage, located at 66 Richardson Street, and the Commons Parking Garage, located at 60 Beattie Place. The RiverPlace Parking Garage, located at 300 River Street, will require interior cleaning, pressure washing, and restriping. Planning and scheduling for this project is critical and will be coordinated with the successful bidder.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, December 11, 2023. The meeting location will be City’s Parking Services Office, located at 516 Rutherford St., Greenville, SC 29609.

Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. ET, December 28, 2023. Promptly thereafter, via Microsoft Teams teleconference, all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., December 19, 2023.
