The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the interior cleaning and pressure washing of Broad Street Garage located at 135 East Broad Street, Church Street Garage located at 320 N Church St and River Street Garage located at 414 River Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Planning and scheduling for this project is critical and will be coordinated with the successful bidder.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, February 24, 2026. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., February 13, 2026. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: February 4, 2026.
