Interior Renovations for Assessor of Property

Project Description: The controlled demolition and renovation of approximately 18,306 SF of the existing Suites 401, 402, and limited renovations to the Election Commission. This work is located at Veterans Plaza in Clarksville, TN in order to create new offices for the Montgomery County Government. All work within the Election Commission is included as an Add Alternate to the base bid. Renovations include but are not limited to: Exterior concrete sidewalks, concrete slab-patching, masonry work at new openings, architectural cabinetry, minor E.I.F.S. repair, sealants, wood doors, aluminum storefront, finish hardware, metal stud framing, drywall, ceramic floor tile and base, carpet tile, luxury vinyl flooring, resilient base, acoustical ceiling panels, interior and exterior paint, plumbing, sprinkler systems, ductwork/HVAC systems, electrical systems, and related work.
