Interior Painting Project at OFTC - Dublin Campus

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will complete a painting project at their Dublin Campus (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

Oconee Fall Line Technical College is seeking a qualified supplier that will provide all materials and labor to complete a painting project within their Louis Livingston Hall (LLH) on the Dublin Campus. Review the Scope of Work attached to the Comments and Attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace Bid Event for more information about this project.

MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Meeting and Site Visit at their Campus on November 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work and to view the areas associated with this project. The Mandatory Meeting location is 560 Pinehill Road Dublin, GA 31021. The meeting will be held in the Louis Livingston Hall ¿ Room A01. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
