PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR WRITTEN QUOTES
The Duxbury Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the Housing Type - Elderly 667 Development for the Duxbury Housing Authority in Duxbury Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Plymouth Housing Authority.
The Project consists of Prepare and paint interior hallways.
The work is estimated to cost 30,000.00 dollars
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 ss44A (2)(B) and to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 ss26 to 27H inclusive.
Written Quotes will be received until 2.00 p.m., Thursday, 11-06-2025.
All Quotes should be delivered to 130 Court St., Plymouth. MA. 02360, and received no later than the date and time specified above. Quotes may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed to gmcgowan -at-plymha.org.
Contract-Bidding Documents will be available at
130 Court St., Plymouth, MA. 02360 or by emailing Greg McGowan at gmcgowan-at-plymha.org
Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for
15.00 dollars per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.
