INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE TOWN OF OYSTER BAY ANIMAL SHELTER
Description:

At the Town of Oyster Bay Animal Shelter, located at the DPW Complex at 150 Miller Place, Syosset, the following improvements are to be made:

  • Replacement of dog kennel systems including transfer door and outdoor pens
  • Construction of new dog kennel separation walls
  • Flooring and wall finishes in kennels, cattery & cat visitation spaces
  • Door and hardware replacement
  • Storage room modifications
  • Replacement of rooftop mechanical units

The facility will be in continuous operation during construction. Contractor will schedule and advance work in phases to allow for continuous operation.
