NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Middletown Community Development Agency will be accepting bids for the interior demolition of the following single-family residence:

1. Genung Street

Basic work consists of interior demo. Any plumbing and/or electrical work performed in the City of Middletown MUST be completed by a licensed City of Middletown plumber and/or electrician. Workers must have Certification of Completion of Lead Safe Work Practices and EPA /RRP Certification.

Specifications and information for bidders are available at the Office of Economic and Community Development, 16 James Street, 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, call (845)-346-4170.

The public bid opening will be held in the Community Development Office located at City Hall, 16 James Street, 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940 on Friday, Friday, May 2, 2025 at 4:00. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 @ 3:00. Detailed information is in the bid package.

Bids are due in the Community Development Office on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 4:00.

The Middletown Community Development Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any and all portions of bids, in the Middletown Community Development Agency’s sole discretion. The Middletown Community Development Agency also reserves the right to further negotiate terms and conditions of any bid with any selected bidder.
