Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to select a Contractor to provide comprehensive mowing and landscape services and maintain the irrigation system along Cypress Parkway. All services to be provided will be based on a fixed per cycle cost, which shall cover all expenses incurred by the successful Contractor to perform the services specified, including but not limited to, all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials and landfill fees associated with debris removal.
