Project Description: The El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center (UMC) will identify and contract with up to two (2) Healthcare Interim Leadership Service Agencies (Agencies) to provide interim leadership services on an as needed basis. The agencies will provide experienced interim leaders both in the clinical and administrative sides.
