VGN Resources Group Inc. (VGN) will be the Program Administrator for projects under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food's (Ministry) extension programming for environment and climate change.  This NOI and project is administered by VGN on behalf of the Ministry.

The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
​​The contractor will execute this demonstration project over two consecutive growing seasons (2025–2026) based on the 2024/25 Phase I Protocol, Framework and related documents. The project will focus on demonstrating the crops identified in Phase I with the Phase I identified farm partners across a minimum of six demonstration sites distributed across the region (with at least two sites per sub-region), with an aim to increase understanding of intercropping for benefits to pollinators and biodiversity and livestock forage, while raising awareness of related BMPs. Extension products will be developed through Phase II.
