Description: This project is intended to provide service delivery funding to build a self-sustaining intercity fixed route bus service along the service route from Spokane to Pasco via Moses Lake. The service route shall be referred to by the route brand, the Wheat Line (WSDOT reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the branded name of an individual bus route). The service route will be operated as an integrated part of the branded statewide Travel Washington intercity bus network.
