Intent to Sole Source Subscription Requirement

Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price Contract of Platts Subscriptions

for customized reports for DLA Energy's specific petroleum, World Refinery Database (WRD), distribution and

shipment. The delivery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (1/13/2025-1/12/2026). This notice of intent is

not a request for proposals or quotations ; however, any challenges to the sole source must be received in writing

and sent to DLAEnergyABaseProcurementSupport@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of

determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include sufficient information to enable

the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists that would satisfy the Government's

needs as stated herein. A determination by theGovernment not to compete this proposed requirement based on

responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
