Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement
Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10 Healthcare System Network serving Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract under FAR (FAR 8.405-6). Only One Responsible Source for the brand name proprietary Omnicell Carousel Replacement Cabinet, as they are only available through the original equipment manufacturer.
