INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, OEM NEUVER MARITIME - STEERING GEAR ACTUATORS

THIS IS A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit and contract a firm fixed price, supply type contract for OEM STEERING GEAR ACTUATORS with only one source, NEUVER MARITIME, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis.

The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 07/01/2025 with a closing date on or about 07/08/2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: https://sam.gov/content/home Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
