Intent to Sole Source: NSTI Program

The purpose of this requirement is to secure lodging facilities for educators traveling on federal invitational travel to the USPTO-HQ in Alexandria, VA. Lodging facilities are integral to supporting the delivery of the National Summer Teacher Institute program for teachers traveling from across the nation during this week-long training program. All work must conform with applicable federal government regulations and policies, as well as other agency supplemental regulations and policies as appropriate. The contractor shall provide the personnel, resources, and facilities, as appropriate, to provide efficient and cost-effective procurement of lodging services
