Description

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the US Army Corp of Eningeers (USACE) Little Rock District's (SWL) intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to MGX Equiprment Services, LLC for the replacment of Manitowoc hoses and accessories for a Manitowoc 18000 Crane under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).



The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
