(Intent to Sole Source) 355 LRS - Video Wall Repair

The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action to OneVision Solutions (OVS) (also known as DirectPacket, Inc. (aka DP, Inc.)) for the procurement of the following items:

The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to evaluate, update, and correct video wall display for all Deployment Control Center (DCC) stations. OneVision Solutions (OVS) certified installation technicians are required to perform changes so the content of those devices will present on the video wall directly in front of them.This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) “Soliciting from a single source”. OneVision Solutions (OVS) is the original installer of the video wall display. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source procurement action under NAICS 811210 and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s technical expertise, certifications and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this equipment and associated software. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
