Intent to Sole Source for Subscription Services

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Fixed Price Contract to Axxis Software, LLC for a subscription to Axxis price history data warehouse for the fuel market prices. The delivery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (06/01/2025-05/31/2026). This is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source notice must be in writing and sent to dlaea.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to meet the Government’s needs as stated herein. A decision by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is no later than May 31, 2025.
