Description

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Fastmarkets Global Limited (UEI: Q9LEN28YRRK5); 8 Bouverie Street, London Uk EC4Y 8AX; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is to purchase a one year subscription to fastMarkets metals prices and news provided as a combined resource through Fastmarkets.com. Please see the attached Justification and Approval for additional details. Period of performance for this requirement is 9/30/2025 through 09/29/2026.
