The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source, to only one responsible source, EXCEL DRIVER SERVICES, LLC.
