Intent to Sole Source – Bowling Pinsetters

The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks Air Force Base, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Qubica AMF. This procurement is required to provide the removal of existing bowling pinsetters, and then install and configure the QubicaAMF Edge String Pinsetters for seventeen lanes. This procurement is intended to be awarded as a sole source due to the Dakota Lanes Bowling Center is currently configured with 100% QAMF installed proprietary equipment, 1200W, 208-240 VAC, and single phase 50/60hz. The NAICS for this requirement is 339920 with a size standard of 750 Employees.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from A Single Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. A copy of the single source justification will be posted with the solicitation which is estimated to be posted on 1 May 2025.
