Intent to Sole Source – Booth Rental for the American Career Technical Educators (ACTE) CareerTech Vision 2025

This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of

quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICCFort

Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the Department of the Army DCS G1,

Army Talent Management Taskforce (ATMTF) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award

to Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) for a Booth Space Rental for the American

Career Technical Educators (ACTE) Careertech Vision 2025. The convention is at the Gaylord

Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, TN, from 10 -12 December 2025. The

applicable National Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 561920,

Convention and Trade Show Organizers. The Product Service Code (PSC) is X1AB –Lease/Rental of

Conference Space and Facilities.

This sole source award to ACTE is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the

procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart

13.5. This sole source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if

the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one

source reasonably available.
