Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement





Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO10), for the Cincinnati VA Medical Center at 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220; intends to negotiate a limited source contract under FAR (FAR 8.405-6), Only One Responsible Source for the supplies listed below. The associated NAICS code for this is 334516 under FSS contract V797D60637. The vendor will be Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, 1001 US Highway 202, Raritan, NJ 08869-1424.







Description of Equipment or Supplies: Blood Bank Analyzer and Reagents



Ortho Vision Analyzer, Accessories, Reagents, and Consumables





A firm fixed price contract with four option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source.
