DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Stryker Sales, LLC. of 1941 Stryker Way, Portage, MI 49002 for its Stryker brand of Electromagnetic Navigation System for the James J. Peters VA Medical Center s ENT Department.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii), Soliciting from a Single Source. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 1,250 Employees.

No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
