The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Ex Libris (USA), Inc. 1350 E Touhy Ave, Ste. 200E, Des Plaines, IL 60018-3307 for the purchase of Alma & Primo Software Upgrades. The Air University Library (AUL) requires Alma Library Services Platform & Primo Discovery Software Service Subscription and Maintenance from the Ex Libris (USA), Inc. Ex Libris (USA), Inc. holds proprietary rights to these software products and retain the exclusive trademark, copyrights, trade secrets and/or patent rights.
