Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price (FFP) contract to RELX dba LexisNexis, 1150 18th Street NW, Suite 250, Washington, DC 20036 as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. This purpose of this requirement is to obtain Computer Assisted Legal Research (CALR) subscriptions (see attached “Draft” Statement of Requirements) in support of the Air Force Legal Information Services (AF/JAS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519290 with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
