Intensive Supported Housing Program

Washington County Health and Human Services - Behavioral Health: Forensic Services Program seeks to contract with a qualified provider to deliver the following services from Dec 1, 2025 – November 30, 2027, as follows:

Intensive transitional supported housing services provide a safe, supportive living environment, wherein adult male and females under an Aid and Assist court order may stay for up to 90 days. Services will consist of Peer Mentors and a house manager to support residents to address their recovery goals, as well as helping them access other services and/or needed supports in the community. Funding through this solicitation will support supported housing services, Peer Mentor Services, room and board expenses, and house operational costs.
