The software is used to provide door-to-door service for riders, operating within Lee County. Transit utilizes the software to pre-schedule up to 700 daily passenger trips during peak times of operation. The purchase consists of the annual Hosting Fees for 12 users, annual technical support & maintenance for the core system, notification module, IVR Call fees, 40 RM Mobile Licenses, RM Demand Vehicle Licenses, and RM Mobile (AVL/MDC Module).
