IntelliGrants/e-Grants software maintenance and support – Agate Software, Inc.

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).

Assisted by the Office of MNIT Services, DPS intends to renew an agreement with Agate Software, Inc. for up to 24 months to provide hosted software maintenance and support, and hosting services for the proprietary IntelliGrants/e-Grants system currently in use. This system provides comprehensive help desk support, software security upgrades and patches, minor system upgrades including documentation updates and bug fixes as part of the maintenance fee. The annual fee also includes a Sandbox Environment for training and testing of system functionality and workflows. Technical support includes telephone and email software support and software updates.

MNIT Services and MN Dept of Public Safety have deemed this purchase a single source, as Agate Software, Inc. retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required support, maintenance, updates, and patches. We believe none of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
