The U.S. Air Force intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to International Automated Systems for the procurement of a Intelligence Mobile Analysis Vehicle that ensures the survivability and lethality of Top-Secret systems. This action is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, which allows for procurement from a single source when no other supplies or services can meet the agency's requirements.
