Description:
The Gateway Development Commission (“GDC” or “Commission”) invites Firms to submit
Proposals for the provision of Construction Integrity Monitoring Services.
The objective of this Request for Proposal is to identify firms experienced in providing
integrity monitoring services on federally funded construction contracts. Firms may propose on one or multiple of the Hudson Tunnel Project packages.
