Integrated Pest Management Services

Project Description: The School District of St. Lucie County (School District) requests written RFPs from qualified firms for Integrated Pest Management Services (IPM) – District Wide for interior and perimeter of District buildings. The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal is to secure firm prices and establish a term contract for pest control services, as specified herein. The award will encompass a minimum of 41 schools and 411 busses and other district locations in the St. Lucie County School District. Additional schools and structures may be added anytime during the course of the contract period at a like price of comparable square footage. Schools are defined as all offices, classrooms, custodial rooms, library, and any other room(s) at each school site. The Food Service Departments are defined as kitchens storerooms, restrooms, manager’s office garbage areas and dining areas. Other areas that may require treatment are bathrooms, dishwashing areas, laundry areas, and other areas of the cafeteria. Outside areas to be treated will include the perimeter of all buildings for ants and roaches. Termite services are not included in this RFP.
