Integrated Library System (ILS)

Project Description: The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide a hosted Integrated Library System (ILS). The Library is accepting proposals for a three-year contract with the possibility of two additional one-year renewals at the option of the Library, through December 31, 2030. These dates are subject to change. Long-term our organization intends to incorporate this system into our standard operations for sustained and ongoing use, and potentially, with successful integration, becoming part of our Enterprise system list. We expect it to serve as a critical component of our workflows, supporting efficiency and reliability.
