FINAL ADDENDUM TO BE POSTED - JULY 24, 2026.
The following questions were submitted via email by OpenGov on July 14, 2026:
1. What Procurement and Grant Management functionality does the City seek? Is the
City looking for comprehensive solutions to both?
Currently the City is not utilizing software to manage its procurement of
materials and supplies or its grants tracking and contract management
associated with vendor contracts that are mostly construction related. Overall,
grant funding is only a minor part of the City's capital project funding, and we
currently have ad hoc systems in place, this software is secondary to the main
accounting software. This type of add-on software would be considered if it
improved efficiency and is cost effective.
