The City of Seaside is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a configurable, cloud-based civic operations and community development software solution. The City intends to procure a required base system for core permitting and civic workflow functions, with clearly priced optional modules for later phases or additional enterprise capabilities. Proposals and password protected Cost Proposals are due via PlanetBids by 5:00 PM on PST on Friday, July 17, 2026.
