2021 Integrated Accessibility Construction Services: Park Sidewalks

General Statement of Work

The project includes the addition of new storm drainage, curb and gutter and sidewalks at the MLK Jr. Park for the City and County of Denver. This work will require erosion control, demolition of existing site improvements, asphalt patching, storm inlets and piping, signage, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, concrete accessible ramps, tree protection, landscaping and irrigation. The base bid scope is along 39 ^th Ave and there are alternates that extend the work along 39 ^th Ave. and Olive Street on the east.

Bid Opening on January 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time.

Prevailing Wage and Minimum Wage: Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC. City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.
