General Statement of Work

The project scope includes ADA improvements to 2 parking garages for the City and County of Denver. Colorado Convention Center is needing restriping at multiple accessible parking spots at the parking structure. Accessible spots are being relocated closer to elevators and access aisles widened. Castro Human Services building is needing accessible parking spots relocated closer to the parking garage vestibule where existing spots need the structural deck topping removed and a new topping layer added. Landscaping updates with a swale relocation, a curb ramp added for access to their upper plaza area, auto door button relocation, and minor exterior garage painting.

Prevailing Wage and Minimum Wage: Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC. City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.
