Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting proposals for Insurance Recovery Services for the January 2025 Fire Events (BRC0000658) contract. The Request for Proposals (RFP) with contract specifications, forms, addenda/notices, and instructions for preparing and submitting proposals may be accessed at http://pw.lacounty.gov/brcd/servicecontracts. The deadline to submit proposals is Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Please direct your questions to Mr. Danny Medina at (626) 663-4652 or dmedina@pw.lacounty.gov, or Mr. David Pang at (626) 458-7167 or dpang@pw.lacounty.gov, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Optional Proposers' Conference: An optional proposers' conference will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams Meeting Online Events. ATTENDANCE BY THE PROPOSER OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE AT THE CONFERENCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. To participate, please refer to Section 7.3, Optional Proposers' Conference of the RFP, for more details. PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE FREQUENTLY FOR ANY CHANGES TO THIS SOLICITATION. ALL NOTICES TO PROPOSERS WILL BE POSTED AT http://pw.lacounty.gov/brcd/servicecontracts.
