The City of Webster is soliciting qualifications from vendors for Fully Insured Medical, Voluntary Dental, Voluntary Vision, Basic Life & ADD, Voluntary Life & ADD, Voluntary Short-term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity.

until2:00 p.m. CST, Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Qualifications received after the deadline stated herein will not be opened and shall be considered void and unacceptable.
The City of Webster reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, to waive irregularities, and to accept the qualifications deemed the most advantageous to the City.

The City of Webster reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to accept any proposal deemed advantageous and to waive irregularity in the proposals. The City also reserves the right to waive or dispense with any of the formalities contained herein. By submitting a proposal, the Proposer acknowledges and will adhere to all specifications as stated within this request for proposal document. The City will choose the combination of insurance plans it determines to be in its best interest, which may mean that a number of contracts could be awarded. The City reserves the right to award several contracts which may result in a respondent receiving a contract for only one coverage, even if the respondent submitted a proposal for several coverages.
