Insulate Cold Storage Building MSC

The City of Prince Albert is seeking a Contractor to insulate the Cold Storage Building at the Municipal Service Centre ; 11 - 38th Street East, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The Cold Storage Building at the Municipal Service Centre has traditionally been used as a storage building. The intent of the overall project is to insulate and heat the building to be used for fleet vehicles. The portion of the project within this RFP is applying 3” of spray foam to the walls and under side of the roof. The spray foam will be covered with fire rated material that meets or exceed the requirements of the current National Building Code and any other relevant codes and/or regulations. As part of the RFP the City of Prince Albert is also looking to have the bottom 4’ of the wall strapped and 3/4” thick Treated Plywood applied.
